At the meeting to be held on December 24, 2024, Ülker will transfer the shares of its foreign subsidiaries, such as Godiva and Pladis, to Taygeta Food, which it owns.
In a statement made by Ülker to KAP, it was noted that the shares would be transferred through a partial division in a way that would not disrupt the integrity of the business.
CAPITAL WILL BE INCREASED TO 6 BILLION 851 MILLION LIRA
The statement also indicated that Taygeta Food's capital would be increased from 250 million TL to 6 billion 851 million TL, and that Ülker would continue to hold all of the shares.
Ülker's decision will affect Sabourne Investments Ltd., Pladis Kazakhstan LLP., UI Mena BV., Pladis Arabia International Manufacturing Company, UI Egypt B.V., and Godiva Belgium BVBA. It was emphasized that this division aims to increase operational efficiency in Ülker's companies.
