In Adana, 10 kilograms of methamphetamine were seized from the tire at the back of a minibus. The driver of the vehicle claimed, "I thought it was sugar."
The teams of the Narcotics Crime Investigation Branch of the Provincial Police Department received information that a large amount of narcotic substances was brought to the city. Following this, they stopped the minibus driven by İhsan E. on the Tarsus-Adana-Gaziantep (TAG) Highway.
DETECTOR DOG FOUND
The detector dog 'Barbara', which searched the vehicle, reacted to the spare tires. 10 kilograms of methamphetamine were seized from inside the tires.
"YOU HAD NO IDEA IT WAS NARCOTICS"
İhsan E., who was taken into custody, stated during his interrogation, "I do not use or sell narcotic substances. I had no idea that the substance in the bags was narcotics. I thought they were sugar." After his procedures at the police station, the suspect was referred to the courthouse and was arrested by the court he was brought to.
