The case of a female guard in Denizli, whose duty station was changed after a report was filed against her, and the plan she devised with her boyfriend, who is convicted of cyber crimes, has left many astonished. The female officer, whose duty station was changed, and her boyfriend blackmailed the other female guard who filed the report against them with an obscene video created using artificial intelligence, false bribery allegations made to CIMER, and smear campaigns on social media.
Filiz Ç., who works at the Bozkurt Women's Open Prison in Denizli, had been having disagreements with another officer, Hülya T., for some time. After Filiz Ç.'s justified report, Hülya T., whose duty station was changed, explained the situation to her boyfriend, Enes B. Enes B., who was angered by his girlfriend's change of duty station and had a previous conviction for a cybercrime, resorted to a shocking method.
SMEAR CAMPAIGN THROUGH OBSCENE IMAGES
Enes B. and his friends not only seized Filiz Ç.'s personal data but also created obscene images of her using artificial intelligence. They then launched a smear campaign by alleging on social media that Filiz Ç. had taken bribes. They sent fake messages claiming that Filiz Ç. was negotiating a bribe with a relative of an inmate, and with the obscene video created by artificial intelligence, they made false complaints to both CIMER and the Prison Institution using 8 different numbers from foreign countries. Additionally, they supported smear campaigns on social media with fake documents claiming that Filiz Ç. had been dismissed due to FETÖ connections in the past.
JASAT DETERMINED THAT THE IMAGES WERE FAKE
Upon the report of the incident to the gendarmerie, the Gendarmerie Crime Investigation Team (JASAT) initiated an investigation. As a result of meticulous examinations, it was determined that the obscene images of Filiz Ç. were created using artificial intelligence and that the complaints against her were fake. The JASAT team, which was working to capture the suspects, identified that the organizers of the events were Hülya T. and her boyfriend Enes B. A simultaneous operation was carried out against a total of 8 suspects involved in the incidents in Denizli, Aydın, and Antalya.
ARRESTED AND SENT TO PRISON
In the operations carried out by the JASAT teams, the 8 suspects were caught red-handed without giving them a chance to escape. After their procedures at the gendarmerie, the 8 suspects were sent to the courthouse, and Hülya T. and Enes B., who were determined to have carried out the incident, were arrested by the court and sent to prison.
