During the discussions of the Planning and Budget Commission of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, while Minister Alparslan Bayraktar was shaking hands with the deputies, CHP deputies prepared a protest with a gas cylinder. CHP Kütahya Deputy Cevdet Akay, while extending his hand to Minister Bayraktar, pointed to the empty cylinder on his desk and said, "Mr. Minister, unfortunately, this cylinder is empty in the people's kitchen." Bayraktar responded with a smile, "Yes, because they use natural gas, there is no need."
TENSION BETWEEN TANAL AND KURT
In the following minutes of the discussions, tense moments occurred. CHP Şanlıurfa Deputy Mahmut Tanal claimed that there is still no electricity in some villages of Şanlıurfa and Adıyaman. In response, AK Party Adıyaman Deputy Resul Kurt reacted. As the argument between the two deputies escalated, Planning and Budget Commission Chairman Mehmet Muş interrupted the session.
"WE CANNOT GET ANYWHERE BY FIGHTING"
After the break, Mehmet Muş, speaking, stated that the working order of the commission should not be disrupted, saying, "We cannot get anywhere by fighting, shouting, and interrupting each other.
