Among them, 12 members of parliament, including CHP Chairman Özgür Özel, TİP Chairman Erkan Baş, and CHP Group Deputy Chairpersons Ali Mahir Başarır and Murat Emir, submitted 18 immunity files to the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly. Among these, there are 7 separate immunity files belonging to Özel.

12 members of parliament, including CHP Chairman Özgür Özel, have had 18 immunity files submitted to the Parliament. Seven indictments have been prepared against Özgür Özel.

The Presidential Decrees on the Lifting of Legislative Immunity have been referred by the Presidency of the Parliament to the Joint Commission, composed of members of the Constitutional and Justice Commissions.
