Journalist Fatih Altaylı made a claim that could stir controversy regarding the match between Adana Demirspor and Galatasaray, in which Adana Demirspor withdrew from the field. Altaylı stated, "Did someone place bets on this possibility? We don't know what's happening; but we know one thing very clearly: This federation is a very bad federation." Furthermore, Altaylı mentioned that football stakeholders need to take action for the TFF management to resign.
The events that took place during the Galatasaray match, from which Adana Demirspor withdrew, continue to be in the spotlight, while the final decision regarding the match's cancellation will be made by the TFF. It is expected that the federation will rule Adana's team, which withdrew from the field, to lose 3-0 by forfeit. Comments have emphasized that the penalty awarded to Galatasaray and Adana Demirspor's withdrawal from the match were both quite wrong.
"THE ISSUE IS FAR BEYOND THE PENALTY"
Journalist Fatih Altaylı evaluated the controversial match in a video he published on his YouTube channel. Altaylı stated that almost all of his Galatasaray friends thought the penalty decision was wrong. He said, "This is not the first penalty that was given or not given, but the issue is far beyond that." Criticizing VAR, Altaylı remarked, "It seems that all referees, whether local or foreign, can make mistakes."

"TFF MANAGEMENT MUST RESIGN IMMEDIATELY"
In the continuation of his comments, Altaylı emphasized that the stakeholders of football should take action for the current TFF management to resign as soon as possible.
MURAT SANCAK: BETTING SYSTEM IS A CURSE ON THE WORLD
Murat Sancak, the Chairman of the Board of Directors who made the decision for Adana Demirspor to withdraw from the match, also spoke about betting in his statement regarding the issue. Sancak said, "I tell the entire sports media. Everything has become about Galatasaray, Fenerbahçe, and Beşiktaş. Commentators have taken sides with one team and are protecting it. This betting system is a curse on the world. What can the federation do? This structure is very powerful." After his decision, Sancak stated in an interview with Ekol TV, "If we had complied with this betting gang for three matches, we would have cleared all the debts of the team. We did not comply with them." In a previous statement, Sancak mentioned that if he could, he would completely ban betting.
