He mentioned that the use of chip identity cards will prevent malicious individuals from conducting transactions and will eliminate information pollution, stating, "The new identity card application process, which concerns millions of our citizens who own property, will become mandatory across Turkey as of January 1, 2025, while conducting transactions at land registry offices."

"Technology is advancing, and we must keep up with this advancing technology. With this developing technology, we believe that our citizens and colleagues will experience satisfaction and that we will encounter positive results at land registry offices. With the Electronic Identity Verification System, our citizens will be able to conduct their transactions quickly and securely at land registry offices. An important point is that our citizens will not experience any grievances. There will be no information pollution, and the most important issue for us, which is also significant for our citizens, is that we believe that the transactions of malicious individuals at land registry offices will be prevented. Besides this, we urge our citizens to go to the population directorates as soon as possible to exchange their old identity cards for new chip identity cards without wasting time," he said.

Atasoy stated that the new identity card era in land registry transactions will begin on January 1 and emphasized that citizens should not take the July period lightly, saying, "Our citizens will not only avoid grievances while conducting transactions at land registry offices, but they will also not encounter any negative situations. As of January 1, 2025, new chip identity cards will become mandatory at land registry offices. Therefore, we advise our citizens not to take the time given until July lightly," he expressed.
