The manager Ayşe Barım, who is under investigation due to allegations of monopolization, requested a ban on access to the news articles published about her. However, the court rejected Barım's request.

Manager Ayşe Barım, who has been under investigation for allegations such as monopolization and tax evasion for days and has been banned from leaving the country, applied to the Istanbul Peace Criminal Court to request a ban on access to the news about her. The Peace Criminal Court responded negatively to Barım's request.

The Competition Authority launched an investigation into management companies months ago. As a result of this investigation, many allegations were raised in the news about Ayşe Barım, the owner of ID Consultancy Company. The agenda suddenly became heated when it was claimed that Barım caused monopolization in the sector, blocked the paths of individuals not associated with her company, and had a significant cash flow in her account.

The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office wrote to the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK) and the Cyber Crime Department of the Istanbul Police. Additionally, a travel ban was imposed on Ayşe Barım due to the suspicion that she might flee abroad.

ACCESS BAN REQUEST REMAINED UNANSWERED

According to a report by Sabah; Ayşe Barım, who made a statement regarding the issue and denied the allegations, applied to the Istanbul Duty Peace Criminal Court to request a ban on access to the news about her. The court rejected the request.
