The statements of the suspects regarding the account dispute that led to the death of Kenan Arslan, a partner and vocalist of an entertainment venue in Adana, have emerged. Hüseyin Çevik, who is said to have initiated the fight and did not pay the 15,000 TL bill, stated, "Kenan came up to me and said, 'What a useless man you are! Why aren't you paying the bill?' I felt insulted." Çevik and his 14-year-old relative, who pulled the trigger, have been arrested.
A brutal incident occurred at an entertainment venue located on Ziyapaşa Boulevard in the Çınarlı neighborhood of Seyhan district in Adana around 02:00 on December 11. Hüseyin Çevik (46), who left the venue without paying his bill, went to another place in the same building. In response, Kenan Arslan (42), the partner and vocalist of the establishment, approached Çevik and reacted to him.
THE TRIGGER WAS PULLED BY A 14-YEAR-OLD CHILD Hüseyin Çevik, who randomly threw glasses, forks, and knives from his table, was removed from the venue by the staff. After a while, Çevik returned to the venue with his relatives and called Arslan outside to talk. During the argument that ensued, B.D. (14), who was with Hüseyin Çevik, fired a gun he pulled from his waist. Kenan Arslan, who was hit by the bullets, collapsed to the ground in a pool of blood, while the suspects fled.
THE VOCALIST LOST HIS LIFE Upon receiving reports from the surrounding people, a large number of police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. After the initial intervention, Arslan was taken to Adana City Training and Research Hospital. Kenan Arslan, who underwent surgery, could not be saved.
THEY WERE CAUGHT AT THE HOSPITAL After the autopsy at the Adana Forensic Medicine Institution, Arslan's body was taken by his relatives and buried at the Buruk Cemetery in the Sarıçam district. The Murder Bureau teams detained Hüseyin Çevik and B.D., who was injured in the foot during the fight, at the hospital.

After their procedures, Hüseyin Çevik and B.D. were arrested by the court they were brought before.
