According to a statement from the Turkish Sports Writers Association (TSYD) Trabzon Branch, the Provincial Sports Security Board Meeting was held in the Governor's Meeting Hall with the participation of board members, chaired by Governor Tahir Şahin. In the meeting, it was deemed appropriate not to allow yellow-navy blue fans to the match upon the request of the host club.
In the meeting where necessary security measures were discussed, the works carried out by the Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality and the burgundy-blue club officials for necessary traffic arrangements were also shared to ensure that fans do not face problems around the stadium.
Governor Şahin stated that traffic congestion would be minimized and expressed his belief that fans would experience a football evening focused on football.
