SENTENCE OF UP TO 22 YEARS WAS REQUESTEDThe indictment mentioned that in the initial statement of the child, he accused his father of sexual abuse, but in subsequent statements, he stated that he made these accusations against his father because of his mother's mistreatment and bad behavior towards him, and that there was no abuse. The indictment also included the statement of the mother, Benan Saraç, who said that her husband subjected her and their children to psychological and economic violence, but she did not witness any sexual behavior towards the victim child. The indictment emphasized that there was no serious reason requiring the victim to falsely accuse the defendant in a matter concerning his honor and reputation, and that the initial statement of the victim was sincere and reflected the truth.
