Through the e-Government service "Commercial Enterprises or Companies of Which I Am the Owner / Partner / Authorized Representative Registered in the Trade Registry" provided by the Ministry of Trade, citizens can quickly access information about commercial enterprises and companies registered under their names. Thanks to this service, partnership and authorization information registered in the trade registry can be viewed on a single screen.

Users logging into e-Government can access the relevant service by typing "Commercial Enterprises or Companies of Which I Am the Owner / Partner / Authorized Representative Registered in the Trade Registry" in the search field. On the screen that opens, companies for which the person is registered as the owner, partner, or authorized representative in the trade registry are listed.

Additionally, through the e-Government service "Restriction Procedures for Being a Partner / Authorized Representative (MERSIS)" provided by the Ministry of Trade, citizens who are concerned about their identity numbers being used to register them as a partner or authorized representative in a company or commercial enterprise without their knowledge can also impose restrictions on their identity numbers.
