If Fenerbahçe finishes the season in second place in the Süper Lig, they will participate in the UEFA Champions League from the second qualifying round. However, if the yellow-navy team cannot be seeded in this round, they may face quite challenging opponents. GREAT DANGER IN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE
If Galatasaray becomes the champion in the league, they will qualify directly for the Champions League. The second-placed yellow-navy team will start from the second qualifying round of the Champions League. If they pass this stage, they will face major clubs unless they are seeded in the third qualifying round.
For our representative to be seeded in the third qualifying round, at least three of four scenarios in four different leagues need to occur. This means that Lille will not finish 4th in France, Utrecht will not finish 3rd in the Netherlands, Club Brugge will not be in 2nd place in Belgium, and Salzburg will not be in 2nd place in Austria.
If three of these possibilities occur, Fenerbahçe will be seeded in the third qualifying round. If not, they will face strong teams like Feyenoord, Club Brugge, Rangers, Benfica, or Sporting, as well as Lille or Marseille.
