WHO IS HASAN EKİCİ?



Hasan EKİCİ was born in 1974 in the village of Tepecik, Seydişehir district of Konya. He graduated from Seydişehir Imam Hatip High School in 1994. In 1998, he graduated from the Public Administration department of the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University. He completed a master's degree with a thesis in public administration at Gazi University Institute of Social Sciences. From 2000 to 2007, he worked as a Tax Inspector at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Turkey. From 2007 to 2012, he served as an Internal Auditor at Selçuk University and the Mevlana Development Agency.



In 2012, he resigned from public service and established a sworn financial consultancy and independent auditing company. As the chairman of the board of directors of the company, he carried out professional activities in the fields of sworn financial consultancy and independent auditing. He holds a Public Internal Auditor Certificate, a Sworn Financial Consultancy Certificate, and an Independent Audit License. He has published articles in various journals on topics such as taxation, public procurement, public budgeting, public administration, internal control, risk management, etc. He has provided various trainings and seminars on professional topics.



He has published a book titled "Corporate Risk Management Development Agencies Application." He began his active political life in 2014 as a member of the AK Party Konya Provincial Board during the period when Prof. Dr. Ahmet Davutoğlu was the Chairman of the AK Party. Between 2014 and 2017, he served as a provincial board member, provincial vice president, and in various commission memberships.



After the establishment of the Future Party, he was appointed as the Founding Provincial Chairman of the Future Party Konya on January 8, 2020. He was elected as a Konya Deputy in the general elections held on May 14, 2023. He continues to serve as the Konya Deputy of the Future Party in the 28th term.



He is a member of the Turkish Grand National Assembly's Public Economic Enterprises Commission. He speaks intermediate English and Arabic. He is a member of MÜSİAD and the Political Scientists Foundation. He is married and has four children.
