An elderly man in the Yavuzeli district of Gaziantep lost his life while trying to extinguish a stubble fire on his land. The incident occurred yesterday evening in the rural Karahüseyinli neighborhood of Yavuzeli district. According to reports, 75-year-old Ali Altunbaş was caught in the flames while attempting to put out the stubble fire on his land. Nearby residents, who noticed the situation and rushed to the scene, found the elderly man with some parts of his body burned and motionless.
