Following the appointments made with President Erdoğan's signature, the distribution of duties within the Ministry of Interior has been reorganized; Deputy Minister Kübra Güran Yiğitbaşı has been assigned to several critical units, including the General Command of Gendarmerie and the Coast Guard Command.
Following the appointments made to the Deputy Ministerial positions of the Ministry of Interior in accordance with the decisions published with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the new distribution of duties of the ministry's affiliated units and organizations has been announced. According to the regulation made with the signature of Interior Minister Mustafa Çiftçi, the units for which the deputy ministers will be responsible have been redefined.
UNITS ATTACHED TO YİĞİTBAŞI
In this context, Deputy Minister Kübra Güran Yiğitbaşı has been assigned the General Command of Gendarmerie, the Coast Guard Command, the Directorate of Education, the Directorate of Internal Security Strategies, the Presidency of the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy, and the Press and Public Relations Consultancy.
UNITS ATTACHED TO BÜLENT TURAN
Deputy Minister Bülent Turan is responsible for the General Directorate of Legal Services, the General Directorate of Relations with Civil Society, the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs, the Presidency of the Internal Audit Unit, the Parliamentary Relations, Security and Emergency Coordination Center (GAMER), and the Research and Studies Center (AREM).
ALI ÇELİK WILL OVERSEE THE POLICE
Deputy Minister Ali Çelik has been assigned the General Directorate of Security, the General Directorate of Provincial Administration, the Strategy Development Department, the Directorate of Support Services, the Directorate of Smuggling, Intelligence, Operations, and Information Gathering (KİHBİ), and the Presidency of the Police Academy.

Deputy Minister Mehmet Cangir will be responsible for the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority, the Migration Administration, the General Directorate of Personnel, the General Directorate of Information Technologies, the Directorate of EU and Foreign Relations, and the Presidency of the Provincial Services Union.
