According to the report, among the 3 operators providing services in Turkey, 182, used for making appointments at hospitals, was the most frequently called number in the second quarter of the year. The average call duration for the Central Hospital Appointment System was 267 seconds for Turkcell, 271 seconds for TT Mobil, and 266 seconds for Vodafone.

After 182, the most frequently called short number was recorded as 112 Emergency Call Center for Turkcell and TT Mobil. In Vodafone, the second most frequently called short number was determined to be 186 (Electricity Failure).
Among the 5 most frequently called short numbers by the operators, 185 (Water Failure), 153 (Alo Zabıta/Metropolitan/Municipality), and 170 (Labor and Social Security Communication Center) also stood out.
