With the detection of foot-and-mouth disease in the Nazilli district of Aydın, a quarantine measure was initiated in 34 neighborhoods. The entry and exit of small and large livestock in the relevant neighborhoods have been prohibited.

The İsabeyli and Ocaklı neighborhoods have been designated as "protection zones," while the Bozyurt, Çobanlar, Dereağzı, Dallıca, Eycelli, Hasköy, Kavacık, Arslanlı, Samailli, and Yaylapınar neighborhoods, along with 22 neighborhoods in the center, have been designated as "surveillance zones." In this context, a quarantine application has been initiated in the neighborhoods.

ENTRY AND EXIT OF CATTLE AND SHEEP WILL NOT BE ALLOWED

It has been reported that during the quarantine period, the entry and exit of cattle and sheep to the neighborhoods will not be allowed. Additionally, it was noted that artificial insemination will not be performed in the İsabeyli and Ocaklı neighborhoods until the disease is eradicated, and legal action will be initiated against those who do not comply with the rules.
