Intense snowfall in Koyungölü village, located in the Ovacık district of Tunceli, negatively affected daily life. In the village where the snow depth exceeded human height in some places, residents made great efforts to be able to leave their homes.
In Tunceli's Ovacık district, where the meteorology department issued a warning, snowfall has once again become effective. After the snowfall intensified in the morning hours, the district and villages were covered with a white blanket.
HOUSES BURIED IN SNOW
The doors and windows of the houses were buried in snow, while the entrances of some houses were completely blocked. Residents of Koyungölü village also tried to clear the snow, which exceeded human height, with shovels from early morning to open the front of their houses and the roads.
