WARM AND DRY WEEKEND AHEAD
Next weekend, a dry and warm weather is expected across the country. In Istanbul, temperatures are predicted to rise to 15 degrees, 17 degrees in Izmir, and 9 degrees in Ankara, while thermometers in Antalya are expected to show 21 degrees.
FOG AND AIR POLLUTION WARNING
As sunny weather continues, dense fog and haze are expected, especially in the morning and evening hours. It is noted that due to this stagnant atmospheric structure, air pollution levels may also increase. Experts emphasize that this situation could last for another two to three days and urge citizens with respiratory issues to take precautions.

Starting from Sunday, the weather is expected to become more dynamic, beginning in the western regions. Strong downpours are anticipated along the Mediterranean, Southern Aegean, and especially the coasts of Antalya. In Istanbul, the sunny weather continuing over the weekend will give way to rain on Sunday night. It is reported that the rainy system will also be effective in the early days of the week.

Drawing attention to the possibility of snow in the Marmara Region, Şen noted that despite the heat island effect in Istanbul, there is a chance of snowfall, but he emphasized that forecasts could change in the coming days.
