Kenan Tekdağ, who is detained in the Can Holding investigation, responded to the allegations that have emerged about him with a letter sent from prison. Tekdağ stated, "I only saw the mentioned presenter for 15 minutes during the hiring process when Show News General Manager Rıdvan Bıyık was with me. Other than that, I have had no meetings, direct or indirect messaging, or phone conversations with him, either inside or outside the building."

The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's drug investigation targeting the media and entertainment world is expanding with new arrests and detentions. Recently, allegations have emerged regarding Ela Rümeysa Cebeci, who was arrested, and Kenan Tekdağ, who was detained in the Can Holding investigation.

"THE CLAIM THAT TEKDAĞ WAS TAKING ELA RÜMEYSA TO MEETINGS"

It was alleged that Tekdağ took Ela Rümeysa Cebeci to meetings with high-ranking bureaucrats and senior judiciary members, and profited from the sexual relations that allegedly occurred. Şamil Tayyar had shared on his social media account, without naming names, that a media group executive went to meet judiciary members with a female news anchor. It was claimed that the media group executive Tayyar referred to was Kenan Tekdağ.

TEKDAĞ DENIED THE ALLEGATIONS

Tekdağ sent a letter to Terkoğlu denying the accusations. In Tekdağ's letter, the following statements were included:

"I have learned that a conspiracy has been orchestrated against my honor with the dishonorable and despicable accusations of a secret witness.

I only saw the mentioned news anchor for 15 minutes during the recruitment process while she was with Show News General Editor Rıdvan Bıyık. Other than that, I have had no meetings, direct or indirect messaging, or phone conversations, either inside or outside the building.

It is even shameful to have to make a statement against this immoral accusation. I seek refuge in God's justice and the fair testimony of just people against those who are unashamed to meddle with the honor and dignity of others."
