The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has summoned Ayşe Ateş, the wife of former Ülkü Ocakları General Chairman Sinan Ateş, who was killed in an assassination, to give a statement. Due to Ayşe Ateş's statements during the trial, records were requested from the court based on "Complaint". Following the complaint by MHP members İzzet Ulvi Yönter and Semih Yalçın, Ayşe Ateş expressed her reaction to the situation on her social media account.

After the murder of former Ülkü Ocakları President and academic Sinan Ateş in Ankara on December 30, 2022, the preparation of the indictment and the trial process remain on the agenda. Ayşe Ateş, the wife of Ateş, was called to testify by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on "Complaint".
ATEŞ'S STATEMENTS IN COURT ARE URGENTLY REQUESTED
In the letter sent by the prosecutor's office to the 32nd Heavy Penal Court, it was stated, "It is kindly requested that the part of the hearing minutes containing the statements of Ayşe Ateş, who has been complained about, in the case numbered 2024/127 being heard in your court and if a judgment has been made in the mentioned case, a copy of it be sent to our Chief Public Prosecutor's Office urgently."

Upon the letter requesting her statements in the trial, Ayşe Ateş expressed her reaction to the situation on her social media account, stating that she will go to give her statement.
Ateş's statement on social media is as follows:
"Izzet Ulvi and Semih, claiming that I defamed them, filed a criminal complaint against me. I will have to go to give my statement. However, in the trial, it should have been Izzet Ulvi and Semih who needed to give their statements and clear themselves, as the statements we gave as the family of Sinan Ateş were supposed to be taken into consideration by the court. So it seems that they have the same system..."
AYŞE ATEŞ HAD NAMED 4 PEOPLE IN THE TRIAL
In the trial regarding the murder of Sinan Ateş, Ayşe Ateş pointed out 4 names from the MHP (Nationalist Movement Party), saying, "I will tell these for the first time now because I was afraid that they would kill me too. If I don't say these here today, I won't be able to say them again because I don't know what will happen to me. If I die, these should not be buried with me. Sinan Ateş said exactly this: 'Ayşe; Ulvi İzzet Yönter and Semih Yalçın, Olcay Kılavuz and Ahmet Yiğit Yıldırım gave instructions to them, and they are going door to door looking for a hired killer.'"
