There is no other way than to comply with international legal norms that regulate the status and activities of Russian institutions in Syria, including the Vienna Conventions." Stating that they are in contact with all political forces in Syria, Zakharova noted that a comprehensive political process should be initiated in Syria within the framework of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) resolutions.
