One of the most beloved names in Arabesque music, Ferdi Tayfur, passed away at the age of 79.

The famous figure, who won the hearts of his fans with his songs, also acted in many films in Turkish cinema.

Ferdi Tayfur, who has been remembered for the problems he faced with his daughter Tuğçe Tayfur for a long time, was very upset when his daughter wanted to establish a brand with the surname 'Tayfur' and tried to prevent her from using the surname through a court decision.

Necla Nazır also got involved in the crisis between Tuğçe Tayfur and Ferdi Tayfur, sharing a video from her daughter's Instagram account, she said:

"First of all, I am very embarrassed to be in front of you regarding our family issues. I apologize to all of you. While there is so much chaos in the world, with little babies, mothers, and fathers being killed, I truly apologize for occupying society with our private lives...

You must be wondering, 'Does Necla hanım not know about this?' Of course, I know. I have been silent for years, withdrawn into my shell. I raised my child this way. First and foremost, I am a woman and a mother.

If my child were infested, I would carry him in my teeth, I would still carry him. This is my red line because it concerns my child. He is not alone. He has God. He has a family. He has a spouse who stands behind him like a lion.

Mr. Ferdi, why did you run away years ago? Let me tell you. When you told me you were with a woman and that she was pregnant and would give birth to a son, you fainted. I took my daughter and left you. You ran away to Japan. That's why you ran away.

What did my child do? What did he do to any of you? Is it because he made you stop managing him? Should I explain the reasons? Don't make me talk. I am at the end of my patience. I will not let my child's and my grandchildren's sustenance be eaten by the relatives around them. They declared you an enemy father to your child."

After Ferdi Tayfur's death, Necla Nazır said, "I am very sorry, he was my life partner for 33 years and the father of my child. I am really very sorry, may he rest in peace. God took him on Regaip Kandili, it seems he was a valuable person," she said.

FUNERAL DETAILS ANNOUNCED

Ferdi Tayfur will be buried at Yeniköy Cemetery after the funeral prayer to be held at Emirgan Çınaraltı Mosque following the ceremony to be held at AKM in Istanbul tomorrow at 12:00.
