Italian SWM Motor, operating under the leading Chinese automotive manufacturer Shineray Group, has completed its applications to produce in Turkey without disrupting its current HTML.

AGGRESSIVE GROWTH TAKEN TO A NEW LEVEL

According to the statement made by ATMO Group, the representative of the company in Turkey, SWM Motor has identified the Turkish market, which it entered at the end of 2023, as one of the centers of its global growth strategy. In this context, the company has applied to produce in Turkey. With its production initiative, ATMO Group has taken its aggressive growth to a new level.

EXPANDING THEIR PRODUCT RANGE EVERY DAY

SWM Motor recently entered the Turkish market with the G01, G01F, G03F, and electric light commercial X30L EV models. SWM Motor Turkey expanded its product range with the new D-SUV model named G05 as of June.

In the statement, Anton Chernov, the CEO of ATMO Group, who expressed his views on the subject, stated that there is intense interest in the brand in Turkey and used the following statements; "As ATMO Group, we are interested in investing in Turkey and developing more projects. Our number of employees in Turkey has doubled compared to last year. Our income is increasing every year, and we have a long-term plan for development. We are currently working on a production facility with an annual production capacity of more than 50 thousand vehicles. The production facility will meet the needs of the Turkish market and also focus on exports to other markets in the Balkan countries and the EU region. We started negotiations with the Ministry of Industry and Technology months ago for production in Turkey. In addition, our negotiations with the Ministry of Trade and the Presidency Investment Office are ongoing. We are actively in communication with strong local partners for our new projects. However, the final decision on the investment project will depend on the support measures provided by the government."

THEY WILL ALSO PRODUCE COMMERCIAL VEHICLES

Chernov stated that they plan to produce a range of commercial vehicles as well as modern hybrid and electric vehicles in Turkey and stated, "We are actively working to clarify all the details, and we hope for the support and active assistance of the government in this regard."
