It was stated that the club's current assets could not cover its short-term debts amounting to 8.2 billion TL. Beşiktaş, which closed the 2025 financial period with an operating loss of 3.79 billion TL, noted that its cash flow has been disrupted abnormally and that the increase in debt has occurred at an extraordinary pace.

ANNUAL CASH DEFICIT 155 MILLION EUROS

It was expressed that there was a 75% increase in debt in TL terms and a 53% increase in Euro terms during the specified dates, emphasizing that the estimated annual cash deficit has reached 155 million Euros and has become unmanageable.

60% OF TRANSFER FEES TRANSFERRED TO FUNDS

The additional burden of terminated contracts at Beşiktaş is 13.3 million Euros, and the cost of transfer circulation during Hasan Arat's term is 128.7 million Euros. This figure does not include bonuses, match fees, and taxes. Although there was a clause in the initial contracts for the transfers of Ernest Muçi and Al-Musrati stating 'Non-transferable to Fund', approximately 60% of the transfer fees were pledged to a fund by making an additional contract 20 days later.
