Ali Altun, a 42-year-old chief wrestler from Antalya, passed away due to a heart attack. Ali Altun, an athlete representing Döşemealtı Municipality, collapsed in the gym where he was training in the Konyaaltı district. He was taken to a nearby private hospital, where it was determined that he had suffered a heart attack. Despite intervention, he could not be saved.

The incident occurred around noon in the Konyaaltı district of Antalya. According to the information obtained, Ali Altun, a wrestler from Döşemealtı Belediyespor, collapsed while training at a sports hall located in the Konyaaltı district.

Altun, who is believed to have suffered a heart attack, was taken by his friends to a private hospital in the area, but despite all the interventions by the doctors, he could not be saved. It has been learned that Ali Altun will be buried tomorrow at the Yeniköy cemetery.

Meanwhile, Döşemealtı Mayor Menderes Dal, who learned of Ali Altun's passing and went to the hospital where he was taken, published a message on his social media account. In his message, Dal stated, "Our municipal wrestler, chief wrestler Ali Altun, has passed away due to a heart attack. We are deeply saddened by the loss of our chief wrestler at such a young age.
