4 SUSPECTS AT THE SAME HOUSE AT THE TIME OF THE MURDER

In the murder of Narin Güran, it was determined that the 4 suspects were in the same house at the time of the murder according to HTS and base station records. The indictment included the following statements:

"Considering the HTS analysis reports in the file and the expert report regarding the narrow area base study, it has been clearly established that all suspects were present at the residence, and it has been concluded that there is sufficient suspicion that the suspects, who were in unity of time and place, acted with a common intent to participate in the act of killing Narin Güran by strangulation for an undetermined reason and motive, thereby committing the crime attributed to them as joint perpetrators."
