T.K., who was neutralized by being shot in the leg by the police, was taken to Kavak State Hospital by ambulance. After the first intervention, T.K. was referred to Samsun Training and Research Hospital. While T.K. was receiving treatment at the hospital in Samsun, an investigation was initiated regarding the incident.
