A new development has occurred in the case of 8-year-old Narin Güran, who went missing after attending a Quran course in the Bağlar district of Diyarbakır and was found dead 19 days later. It has been learned that one of the defendants, Nevzat Bahtiyar, has changed his lawyer before the second hearing.
A new development has occurred in the case of Narin Güran, whose lifeless body was found wrapped in a sack in the Eğertutmaz Stream, located 1 kilometer away from her home in the Bağlar district of Diyarbakır.
It was reported that Narin's uncle Salim Güran, her mother Yüksel Güran, her brother Enes Güran, and Nevzat Bahtiyar, who hid her lifeless body in the stream, are being tried for aggravated life imprisonment, and the second hearing of the case has been postponed to December 26.
NEVZAT BAHTİYAR CHANGED HIS LAWYER
It was noted that an important development occurred before the upcoming second hearing. It has come to light that Nevzat Bahtiyar changed his lawyer before the hearing.
According to the information shared by journalist Emrullah Erdinç on his social media account, it was reported that Bahtiyar will now be defended by a lawyer affiliated with the Ankara Bar Association instead of a lawyer from the Diyarbakır Bar Association.
