The internet phenomenon İbrahim Yılmaz, who was distributing money on the street, has been arrested in a betting operation.

In the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding illegal betting advertisements and promotions, 16 individuals, including artist Mehmet Ali Erbil, singer Serdar Ortaç, musician Zorbey Erkoçlar, social media influencer İbrahim Yılmaz with 19 million followers, Russian and Turkish influencer Aleksander Mensikof, and Esma Sözen with 1.3 million followers, were detained.

4 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED

Among the suspects brought before the Duty Magistrate, Sefa Caner Sarıcam, Esma Sözen, and Muzaffer Zorbey Erkoçlar were ordered to be arrested, while the underage suspect E.N was released under judicial control.

HE WAS DISTRIBUTING MONEY ON THE STREET

İbrahim Yılmaz, who was among those arrested, drew attention. Social media influencer İbrahim Yılmaz was known for distributing money to those following him on the street and sharing these videos on his social media account. Yılmaz has approximately 19 million followers on his Instagram account.
