JUDICIARY PACKAGE WILL BE EVALUATED
Steps to be taken to eliminate the perception of impunity in society, the latest status of the new execution law studies, and the current situation of the 9th judiciary package will be evaluated with cabinet members.
FRAUDULENT FOOD ISSUE ON THE TABLE
The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry recently updated the list of imitation and adulterated products and exposed companies that commit fraud in their products. It will also be discussed whether there is a need for any regulation regarding the penalties to be imposed on companies that engage in adulteration.
GAZA GENOCIDE AND LEBANON ATTACK
Another agenda item of the cabinet will be Israel's genocide and occupation policy that has been in place for a year. Since October 7 of last year, Israel has killed nearly 50,000 people in Gaza, and in recent days, it continues its massacres with attacks on Lebanon. The prevention of inhumane attacks against Palestine and Lebanon, stopping Israel, preventing the war from spreading to different geographies, and the paths to be followed for peace will be discussed. Humanitarian aid planned to be continued to Lebanon will also be addressed.
SINGLE-DIGIT INFLATION TARGET
The meeting will also extensively cover Turkey's economic policy. The analysis of the latest status regarding reducing inflation to single digits, investment, employment, and price stability will be conducted. Stockpiling, penalties for exorbitant prices, and opportunists are also among the important topics of the cabinet.
FIGHT AGAINST TERRORISM
The Cabinet Meeting will also focus on the fight against terrorism. The latest status of ongoing operations both domestically and across the border will be discussed. Operations against terrorist and criminal organizations by the Turkish Armed Forces, as well as the National Intelligence Organization (MIT) and the General Directorate of Security, will also be on the agenda.
LATEST STATUS OF EARTHQUAKE HOUSING
The construction activities in the earthquake zone and the latest status will also be on the cabinet's agenda. It is expected that the Minister of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, Murat Kurum, will provide information about the ongoing works in the cabinet.
