The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) announced the spending limits for the winter transfer period. The highest spending limit was given to Galatasaray, while the lowest spending limit was given to Eyüpspor.
The Club Licensing Board has determined the Super League Team Spending Limits for the 2025-2026 Season regarding the second transfer and registration period.
In a statement made by the federation regarding the matter, it was stated;
"The Club Licensing Board has determined the Super League Team Spending Limits for the 2025-2026 Season regarding the second transfer and registration period.
As stated in Article XIII D of the Club Licensing and Financial Sustainability Regulation, the spending limits for professional football teams of clubs that did not participate in the Super League in season T will be calculated by taking the average of the Team Spending Limits approved for season T+1 for clubs that completed the Super League in the 7-15 rankings (excluding the highest and lowest spending amounts).
As stated in Article XIII E of the Club Licensing and Financial Sustainability Regulation, the team spending limits set for clubs may be increased by the Club Licensing Board based on the specified justifications and procedures, for applications to be made by December 15 and for applications to be made by the end of both transfer and registration periods no later than 18:00.
