Mustafa Kemal Ş. claimed that E.Ç. included their son in her social media broadcasts while dancing and made him dance with makeup effects. He also presented video and photos of his son dancing with his mother and grandmother in TikTok broadcasts as evidence in the case. The court requested a report to be prepared after examining the mentioned photos and videos.
WOMEN ATTACKED WITH A STICK Mustafa Kemal Ş. was attacked yesterday when he went to his ex-wife's house to see his son while the custody case was ongoing. E.Ç. reacted to her ex-husband due to news in the press regarding the custody case. E.Ç. and her relatives, who were waiting at the entrance of the apartment, attacked Mustafa Kemal Ş. with a stick and pepper spray. Mustafa Kemal Ş., who sustained scratches on his arm and neck and obtained a medical report from the hospital, filed a complaint with the police against 8 women.
RAN AWAY SCREAMING "HELP" Mustafa Kemal Ş. also presented footage he recorded with his mobile phone during the assault as evidence. In the footage, E.Ç. waiting in front of the building and other women suddenly coming out from inside were seen attacking, while Mustafa Kemal Ş. was heard screaming "Help" as he ran away. After the incident, E.Ç. and her relatives shared a video they recorded to the song "It’s snowing on the scoundrels" on social media, writing 'Help friends.'
“THEY HAD STICKS, KNIVES, AND PEPPER SPRAY” Mustafa Kemal Ş. explained that he went to see his son because it was the 2nd and 4th weekends of the month, saying, "She called me to the door. She said, 'Come in, take the child.' When I went to her door, I couldn't see the child; she came down. She said, 'The child is coming down the stairs, come inside.' When I headed towards the door, she started to assault me. At that moment, 8-10 more women came out from inside. They had sticks, knives, and pepper spray. They all attacked me. I obtained a medical report regarding this and filed a complaint. I opened a custody case for my child, and right now I am even suspicious of her life. My child cannot go to school properly there. He is subjected to all kinds of psychological pressure. Every time he comes to me, he says, 'Dad, my mom and her family are making me work, they are cursing at me.' I need to save this child somehow. My child is worn out. The care of the child is very poor. They are deceiving him by saying, 'Your father will take you to the police station, the police will take you.'
I RESPONDED FOR PROTECTION AND REFLEX Following the complaint, E.Ç. also gave a statement at the police station. In her statement, E.Ç. said, "As Mustafa Kemal got out of his car and headed towards the building, I told him, 'The child does not want to come down; let me talk to him and convince him, it would be more appropriate for you to come and pick him up in an hour.' He ignored my words and headed towards the building, while also shouting insults at me. I told him, 'Don't go upstairs, my mother is sick, let there be no tension.' He cursed at me and attacked. At that moment, he sprayed the pepper spray he had in his hand towards my face. I hit him in self-defense. My relatives, who saw Mustafa attacking me, tried to separate us by coming out of the building. Later, I learned that a few women I did not know also came out with my relatives to try to separate us. Mustafa Kemal continued to curse during this time. He even threatened, 'I will shower you with bullets.' Then he left the scene. I pressed the KADES application to ask for help from the police. I did not attack him out of nowhere. When he attacked me, I responded for protection and reflex. I do not know anyone involved in the fight except for my sister and my niece," she stated.
E.Ç. also claimed in a statement to DHA that Mustafa Kemal Ş. had subjected her to violence throughout their marriage, which is why she got divorced, and that his threats and insults continued after their separation, leading her to obtain a restraining order.
