The statement made by the club for the Democratic Congolese striker is as follows;

"An agreement has been reached with Braga for the temporary transfer of professional footballer Simon Bokote Banza to our club. According to the agreement, a rental fee of 2,000,000.-EUR will be paid to Braga in 3 (three) installments.

An agreement has been reached with professional footballer Simon Bokote Banza for 1 (one) year.

According to the agreement, the player will receive;

A guaranteed fee of 1,160,000.-EUR and a signing fee of 840,000.-EUR in the 2024/2025 football season.

A service fee of 5% of the gross salary amount will be paid to the player as a management fee."

BANZA'S FIGURES

The Democratic Congolese footballer, who started his career in the Lens youth academy, transferred to Famalicao on loan in 2021. The 28-year-old striker, who attracted attention after his performance here, went to Braga for approximately 3 million euros in 2022. Banza, who played 41 matches with the Portuguese team last season, scored 23 goals and made 5 assists.

SERDAR SAATÇI'S CONTRACT DETAILS

"An agreement has been reached with Braga for the definitive transfer of professional footballer Serdar Saatçı to our club. According to the agreement, a contract termination fee of 2,500,000.-EUR will be paid to Braga in 3 (three) installments.

According to the agreement, the player will receive;

A guaranteed fee of 22,500,000.-TL in the 2024/2025 football season. In the following seasons, the player will receive an increase of (Tüfe+Üfe)/2, which will be announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute, on the guaranteed fee paid in the previous season, and in any case, this increase rate will not exceed 30%.

If the option right is exercised by our club;
