In the case regarding the murder of 8-year-old Narin Güran, the mother, Yüksel Güran, took the stand to make her final defense before the verdict. She said, "On the first day, I was brought to the courtroom, and here a mother said to me, 'My condolences,' and I was very happy. Because no one had the opportunity to say 'my condolences' to me."
The second hearing of the case regarding the murder of 8-year-old Narin Güran in Diyarbakır, where 4 detained defendants are being tried with a request for aggravated life imprisonment, continues on its third day. Before the hearing, the mother, Yüksel Güran, made striking statements as she took the stand to deliver her final defense.
"IT SEEMED LIKE THE WORLD BELONGED TO ME, I WAS VERY HAPPY"
Starting her defense by saying, "I am addressing all mothers," mother Güran stated, "At the last hearing, a mother said to me, 'My condolences.' It felt like the world belonged to me, I was very happy. For the first time, someone wished me condolences. There is no humanity left in this world. I will tell my life story. On the day I got married, Arif and I promised each other: We will never lie to each other. I gave birth to 7 children from him. Arif brought me to this age with his hard work."
