The Çanakkale 2nd Civil Court accepted the company's request and granted a one-year definitive period.
THEY AIM TO IMPROVE THEIR FINANCIAL SITUATION
During this process, Uslu Gıda's debts will be restructured, new enforcement proceedings cannot be initiated, and existing proceedings will be halted. The family business, which has been producing dairy products, olives, and their derivatives for three generations, aims to improve its financial situation with this decision.
MOVED ITS HEADQUARTERS TO ISTANBUL IN 1994
Uslu Gıda started its commercial life with a cheese factory established by İbrahim Uslu in Çan. The company moved its headquarters to Istanbul in 1994 and returned to Çanakkale in 2011. The firm, which has a wide range of products from full-fat kaşar cheese, yogurt, and cream made from cow, sheep, and goat milk, produces in hygienic conditions at its modern facility in Çan. Additionally, it produces olive oil and other derivatives from the olives collected from its farms.

Concordat is a legal process that allows companies facing financial difficulties to restructure their debts and avoid bankruptcy. Uslu Gıda plans to continue its operations by reaching agreements with creditors during this period. The one-year period granted by the court will allow the company to develop strategies for financial recovery.
