TRUCK COLLIDED WITH CAR
The accident occurred in the afternoon near the rural Akıncı neighborhood of the Artuklu district. A car with the license plate 34 SB 6901, whose driver's name is unknown, collided with a truck with the license plate 47 AAV 59. Firefighters, medical teams, police, and gendarmerie were dispatched to the scene upon notification.
2 PEOPLE LOST THEIR LIVES, 3 INJURED INCLUDING 2 SERIOUSLY
Those trapped in the car were rescued by the efforts of the fire department. During the inspection by the teams, it was determined that Melek Durmuş (26) had lost her life. 4 injured individuals, 3 of whom are in serious condition, were taken to Mardin Training and Research Hospital and Kızıltepe State Hospital for treatment after the first intervention. Ayşenur Kutukcu (26) also lost her life in the hospital where she was taken.
The bodies of the deceased were taken to the morgue of Mardin Training and Research Hospital for autopsy, while the treatment of M.H.S. (22) and K.C.S. (24), who are in serious condition, and B.Ç. (26), who is not in life-threatening condition, continues.
