The bodies of Libya's Chief of General Staff, Mohammed Ali El Haddad, and the accompanying delegation, who lost their lives in the plane crash in Ankara, were sent off to Libya with an official ceremony. The ceremony was attended by the Libyan military delegation as well as high-ranking military and state officials. Chief of General Staff General Bayraktaroğlu departed on another plane to attend the official ceremony to be held in Libya.
Shortly after taking off from Ankara, the bodies of Libya's Chief of General Staff General Muhammad Ali Ahmed El Haddad, Libya's Land Forces Commander Lieutenant General Futuri Gribel, Director General of Military Factories Brigadier General Mahmut Cuma El Giteviy, Chief of General Staff Advisor Muhammad El Assavi Diyab, and ministry photographer Muhammad Ömer Ahmed Mahcub were brought to the ceremony area at Mürted Air Base Command after the procedures at the Forensic Medicine Institution.
SENIOR MILITARY AND STATE OFFICIALS ATTENDED THE CEREMONY
The ceremony was attended by the relatives of the deceased Libyan military delegation, as well as Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler, Chief of General Staff Selçuk Bayraktaroğlu, Commander of the Land Forces General Metin Tokel, Commander of the Naval Forces Ercüment Tatlıoğlu, and the accompanying military delegation.
THE BODIES OF THE SOLDIERS HAVE DEPARTED FOR LIBYA
After a moment of silence and prayer for the Libyan soldiers at the ceremony, the bodies were sent to Libya on the "5A-ON1" aircraft belonging to the Government of National Unity of Libya by the ceremonial unit.
BAYRAKTAROĞLU WILL ATTEND THE CEREMONY IN LIBYA
Chief of General Staff General Bayraktaroğlu departed on another aircraft to attend the official ceremony to be held in Libya.
