VISIBILITY HAS DECREASED The snowfall that started in the region during the night is affecting the D-100 highway at the locations of Dağkent, Yumrukaya, Abant Junction, Elmalık, Bolu Mountain Police House, and Bakacak. Visibility on the highway is occasionally reduced due to fog in some areas. Snowfall is also observed in the sections of the highway at Yumrukaya, Abant Junction, Bolu Mountain Tunnel, and viaducts.
SNOW THICKNESS HAS REACHED 10 CENTIMETERS In the region where transportation is proceeding normally, highway personnel are conducting snow plowing and salting operations. Gendarmerie and traffic teams are warning drivers not to set out without winter tires on the route where the snow thickness is approximately 10 centimeters.
STREETS AND AVENUES HAVE TURNED SNOW WHITE On the other hand, snowfall is also effective in the center of Bolu.
