Hailey Bieber joins the coveted billionaire club by selling her Rhode cosmetics brand in a major deal, while her husband Justin Bieber is reportedly facing financial troubles.

Model and entrepreneur Hailey Bieber announced that she has reached an agreement to sell her skincare brand Rhode to e.l.f. Beauty.

"I am extremely excited and proud to announce our partnership with e.l.f. Beauty as we step into a new chapter in the world of Rhode today," Bieber said.

"I found a like-minded innovator who believes in big ideas and innovation in the same way I do, with a vision to be a different kind of company. This will help us continue to grow this brand," she continued.

Bieber stated that the deal has "revitalized" and "excited" her, and made her feel "more ready than ever" to step into a larger role as Rhode's Creative Director and Head of Innovation, as well as a strategic advisor for e.l.f. Beauty.

The skincare company founder then thanked her "amazing" team, stating that she "couldn't have done it without them."

Thanking her loyal customers as well, Bieber concluded her speech with the words, "As I said, this is just the beginning."

Justin's Financial Troubles

Bieber's latest business success comes after reports that her husband Justin Bieber is experiencing financial issues.

For months, it has been reported that the 31-year-old pop star has been accumulating debt due to the canceled 2022 "Justice" tour.

According to a source who spoke to Page Six earlier this month, Justin's former manager Scooter Braun lent the "Sorry" singer money to cover tour debts.

Documents obtained by TMZ reportedly indicate that this amount is over 8 million dollars.

Additionally, it was reported last October that Justin, who has an estimated net worth of 300 million dollars and sold his music catalog for 200 million dollars in 2022, was considering suing his financial managers for allegedly squandering 300 million dollars of his fortune.

A source who spoke to Page Six at the time claimed that the "Ghost" singer was guilty of having "uncontrolled" spending habits.

"He spends dazzling amounts of money every month. At one point, he couldn't even get a credit card," the source alleged. "There are many people around Justin who don't have his best interests at heart."

Representative Denial

Justin's representative categorically denied the financial troubles and responded to Hollywood Reporter's report by saying, "Any source trying to sell you a story about supposed financial troubles either doesn't understand the entertainment industry or is most likely trying to paint a grotesque portrait of Justin that bears no resemblance to reality."

Meanwhile, insider sources confirmed to Page Six that Hailey is now "100 percent the breadwinner."

The source intriguingly predicted last week: "Watch for that company (Rhode) to sell for a billion dollars, if not just under it."
