CLAIM OF UNCLEAR PRICE IN ADVANCE

Yıldız stated that during the conversation, she was told, "No plumber gives an estimated price, we work at 650 lira per meter, the price will be determined when the job is finished." She said she called the team to her home. However, she expressed that the amount requested after the job was completed was much higher than she expected.
"THEY SAID 18,000 LIRA, I WAS SHOCKED"
Ebru Yıldız indicated that after half an hour of work, the team requested payment, and when she asked for the price, she received the answer of 18,000 lira. Yıldız described her situation with the words, "I experienced the shock of my life."
According to the claim, Yıldız, who panicked due to the high price demand, had to borrow money from a friend as the team did not leave her home. It was learned that the residents of the building also witnessed the argument.
"IT WAS MY RENT MONEY"
According to a report by Star Haber; Yıldız, who said that one of her children is disabled and that she supports her living with a disability pension and home care support, stated that she had to make the payment, saying, "That money was my rent money. We are struggling to get by, I was left very helpless."
"THEY SAID MAXIMUM 5,000 LIRA FOR THE SAME JOB"
After the incident, Ebru Yıldız spoke with different plumbers and expressed that she thought she had been defrauded when she learned that the prices given for the same service were at most 5,000 lira.
Yıldız stated that she wanted to contact the company again but faced harsh responses despite calling from a different number, and claimed that the phone was hung up on her.
