As a result of a prostitution operation conducted in Ankara, 6 suspects were detained and more than 20 women who were victims of prostitution were rescued. It has been reported that among those detained are hotel managers and employees.

The teams of the Moral Bureau of the Public Order Branch of the Ankara Police Department identified 4 hotels along with 6 suspects as part of their operations against the crime of "promoting, facilitating, and providing a place for prostitution" throughout the province.

THE COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES OF THE HOTELS HAVE BEEN TERMINATED

In the operation carried out after technical and physical examinations, suspects, including hotel managers and employees, were captured and taken into custody. While the suspects were referred to the courthouse after their procedures at the police station, the commercial activities of the mentioned hotels were terminated.

THEY PAID MONEY FOR EACH ACCOMMODATION

As part of the operation, more than 20 victimized women who were found to be forced into prostitution were rescued. In the statements given by the victims, it was learned that they said they paid money to hotel staff for each accommodation.
