A malfunction of the ski lift on Mount Zahar Berkut in the Lviv region of western Ukraine caused panic. A total of 78 people, including 39 children, who were stranded on the lift due to a technical failure, were safely evacuated through an operation conducted by rescue teams.
Dozens of people stranded on a chairlift in the Lviv region of Ukraine were safely evacuated thanks to the timely intervention of rescue teams.
In a statement from the Ukrainian State Emergency Service, it was noted that a large number of rescue teams were dispatched to the area following the incident.
39 WERE CHILDREN
After approximately two hours of work, it was reported that 78 people, including 39 children, were brought down to the ground one by one.
The statement emphasized that the rescue operation was completed without any disruptions and that there were no injuries during the incident.
