WHO IS ORHAN OĞUZ?Orhan Oğuz was born on March 24, 1948, in Kırklareli. He started his career as a photographer and took his first step into cinema as a camera assistant at the age of sixteen. He made four short films with his friends and opened photography and painting exhibitions. After 1978, he worked as a cinematographer with many famous directors. Oğuz, in addition to Arka Sokaklar, directed many films such as Umudumuz Şaban, Devlet Kuşu, Gol Kralı, Kanlı Nigar, and Orta Direk Şaban.
