An investigation initiated by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office continues regarding the disappearance of Narin Güran in the Tavşantepe neighborhood of Bağlar district on August 21. While the search for Güran continues on the 13th day, Salim Güran, the uncle who was detained as part of the investigation, was referred to the courthouse after the procedures at the gendarmerie. Salim Güran was later transferred to the duty magistrate's court with a request for arrest.

Today, gendarmerie and police teams came to the house of A.R.G., who is the uncle of Narin Güran's father, in the Kayapınar district and conducted a search in the house and car. Yesterday, a search was conducted in the cornfield behind Güran's house.

Meanwhile, A.R.G., who was released after being detained, had said the following about Narin's brother E.G.: "Our child is very sensitive and clean. She is a very respectful child towards adults. She runs towards her uncle from above and says to him, 'My sister is missing.' She had her phone in her hand. She throws her phone on the ground in front of her aunt and uncle. She bites herself because she couldn't say anything to her uncle anymore. The harm is to herself. She is not someone who would do anything."
