In one of Izmir's long-established representatives in the TFF 3rd League, Altay, the management crisis has reached its final point. Club President Sinan Kanlı announced that, as no results were obtained from the search for investors, they will apply to the court on Monday to request the appointment of a trustee for the club.
It has been announced that a trustee will be appointed to the management of Altay, Izmir's 112-year-old club in the TFF 3rd League.
SEARCHES YIELDED NO RESULTS
Club President Sinan Kanlı stated that after the season ended, they could not get results from their search for investors over the 3.5-month period as a community, and that the Istanbul-based working group, which was lastly making efforts to form a management, also reported negative results to them. President Sinan Kanlı noted that they would apply to the authorized court on Monday, leave the management, and a trustee would be appointed to the club.
"WILL TAKE THE CLUB TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY"
Altay President Sinan Kanlı included the following statements in his statement: "The trustee management to be appointed will first take the club to the general assembly, and I strongly recommend that those considering candidacy focus their efforts in this direction. I especially request that groups who are candidates for management transfer resources to the club, and that our community contributes to the club in a collaborative manner during this process and ensures that training begins. In these difficult days our club is going through, I have infinite faith that this great club will be lifted up again by this great community. I also especially request that it be known that everything possible will be done on my behalf."
