The decision regarding the appointments made by the Presidency was published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, many important appointments were made at the Forensic Medicine Institution, the Ministry of Family and Social Services, and the Social Security Institution.
With the decree published under President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's signature, Tolga Balci, Deputy General Director of Sectors and Public Investments at the Presidency of Strategy and Budget, was dismissed, and Atila Bedir was appointed in his place. Cem Kurt was appointed to the vacant Deputy General Directorship of Legal Services at the Ministry of Justice.
APPOINTMENTS AT THE FORENSIC MEDICINE INSTITUTION
At the Forensic Medicine Institution, Dr. Yasin Kavla, a lecturer at Istanbul University-Cerrahpasa, was appointed as a member for Mental Health and Diseases of the Fourth Specialization Board of Forensic Medicine, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cundullah Torun, a faculty member at Istanbul Medeniyet University, was appointed as a member for Internal Diseases of the Seventh Specialization Board of Forensic Medicine.
Specialist Dr. Nese Kavruk Erdim was appointed as a member for Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Diseases of the Sixth Specialization Board of Forensic Medicine at the Forensic Medicine Institution. Additionally, Specialist Dr. Ahmet Naim Namli was appointed as a Forensic Medicine member of the Fourth Specialization Board, and Oya Yeter was appointed as an Analytical Chemistry member of the Fifth Specialization Board.
MANY APPOINTMENTS MADE AT THE MINISTRY OF FAMILY
At the Ministry of Family and Social Services, Provincial Director of Karaman Seval Yilmaz was dismissed, and Nurettin Ulas, Provincial Director of Aksaray, was appointed in her place. Kilis Provincial Director Muslim Ferdi Bozkurt was dismissed. Manisa Provincial Director Mustafa Kilic was dismissed, and Kuduret Gultas was appointed in his place. Additionally, Sezgi Arpaci Elaldi was appointed as the Provincial Director of Aksaray. Diyarbakir Provincial Director Aydin Polat was dismissed, and Ali Sait Cecen, Provincial Director of Malatya, was appointed in his place. Omer Faruk Ergun, Provincial Director of Erzincan, was appointed as the Malatya Provincial Director; Serdar Demirci, Provincial Director of Erzincan, was appointed as the Elazig Provincial Director; Abdulhalim Unalan, Provincial Director of Hakkari, was appointed as the Erzincan Provincial Director; and Nejat Ilhan was appointed as the Bilecik Provincial Director.
Additionally, Yakup Koc, Head of Strategy Development at the Social Security Institution, was dismissed, and Ilkay Akcay, Deputy General Director of Administrative Services at the Ministry of Health, was appointed in his place. Also, at the General Directorate of Meteorology, 5th Regional Director Mahmut Gunes was dismissed, and Umit Gulbag was appointed in his place; 10th Regional Director Bulent Sirin was dismissed, and Hasan Acar was appointed in his place. Additionally, Ozgur Tascioglu was appointed as the 9th Regional Director. Muhammad Mustafa Izgec was appointed as the Second Chairman of the Energy Market Regulatory Board, and Erdogan Tozan and Ibrahim Tan were appointed as members.
Furthermore, Meliksah Taskin was appointed to the vacant Deputy General Directorship at the General Directorate of Agricultural Enterprises. Bilal Timur was appointed as the XIth Regional Director at the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. Eray Aykanat, the Marmaris Regional Harbor Master at the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, was dismissed, and Cetin Ciftci was appointed in his place.
