At least 14 people were killed and 24 others injured in an explosion in front of a police station in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Pakistani media reported that an explosion occurred in front of a police station in the Swat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Authorities stated that an attacker, who was stopped by police while trying to enter the station, detonated the explosives he was carrying.
INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED INTO THE ATTACK
Authorities noted that 14 people, including police officers and civilians, lost their lives in the explosion, and reported that 24 people were injured. An investigation has been launched into the attack.
