PEOPLE FROM ALL OVER TURKEY QUEUED UP
Gallery owner Muhsin İğrek, who has been implementing this system for about 2 years, claims that he sells cars using a model of earning from sales through raffles and campaigns on social media. It is reported that some customers have become car owners for as little as 50,000 lira as a result of the raffles and draws held. The crowd at İğrek's gallery sometimes leads to interesting scenes. During the summer months, citizens from different provinces of Turkey queue in front of the gallery to participate in the raffles, and some even set up tents to wait for days. The raffle videos and delivery images shared on social media have reached millions, and the system has quickly started to be followed by large audiences. Citizens participate in the raffles with the hope of owning vehicles that are hard to reach under market conditions for lower prices.
"PEOPLE KNOW US, THEY DEMAND US"
Gallery owner Muhsin İğrek stated that they embarked on this path 2 years ago to lower car prices, saying, "With God's permission, we have lowered the market as well. We are trying to sell the most affordable and cleanest cars in Turkey. Someone was raising the market, and someone had to lower it; we came out as those who lower it. People are showing demand. Because it is affordable, both dealers and buyers are coming. When they see us on social media, we become like a family. People know us, they demand us. I have been doing this job through social media for two years," he said.
"CARS ARE AVAILABLE FOR 49,000 TL, 59,000 TL, 70,000 TL"
Stating that the interest is intense, İğrek said, "Cars are available for 49,000 TL, 59,000 TL, and 70,000 TL. At first, people said 'dealers raised the prices,' but the ones who actually inflate the prices are the buyers. Right now, the cars in the gallery are more affordable. If you look at the listing sites, there are always dealers in the lowest listings. The buyer's goods become a bit more valuable due to the high interest. I only say let it come from Istanbul, but recently we held a raffle, and it went to Zonguldak. Friends from Zonguldak came and took the car. Raffles and draws are our must-haves; they will continue. I do raffles and draws. If I were to sell it to a normal person, that car would sell in that second. But for the sake of transparent trade, I say, 'Come, see the car, see the place, see everything. Here, take what is destined for you,'" he expressed.
